Phil's Auto Body is a full service repair facility offering auto body repair, frame straightening, and refinishing. Our technicians are ASE and ICAR Platinum certified. Owner, Phil Chadd, has been serving Santa Cruz customers for over 35 years. We are a locally owned and family operated business.
As a collision repair professional we have a duty to our customers to act in their best interest. We work with all insurance carriers as an independent resource instead of contracting with specific carriers. This means we work directly for the customer not the insurer. We use only certified OEM parts unless requested by the customer or mandated by their insurance carrier.
Phil's technicians work on all makes and models and specialize in Mercedes Benz, Volvo, and BMW. We recently added a Chief Titan 360 frame machine that will accomodate full size Trucks and SUV's. Both of our frame machines are equipped with the Genesis laser measuring system guaranteeing an accurate repair to factory specifications. We use Glasurit premium paints in our refinishing process. Glasurit is a top of the line refinishing product recommended by 37 leading car manufacturers.
